Roots/Shorashim/Judur has created and operates the only joint Israeli-Palestinian community center in the entire West Bank/Judea & Samaria. This safe, holy space hosts social, religious, and educational activities, bringing together hundreds of Palestinians and Israelis who begin to realize that there are two truths, two stories – not one – in this land, and the only way forward is to cherish both. Join Khaled Abu Awwad and Rabbi Hanan Schlesinger as they share the Roots message and their personal stories of transformation, exploring how listening to one another and recognizing both peoples’ connections to the land can help create a path forward.
