Join us for a bagel brunch and pickling session following our Shabbat morning program. Learn about the exciting world of fermentation and why it’s such an important part of Eastern European Jewish cuisine – and global cuisine – with Liz Alpern from The Gefilteria . This is a hands-on class, and everyone will take home a jar of pickled vegetables. No previous experience is necessary.
